Do I need to be home?

No. We need safe access to the agreed service area and accurate gate instructions.

What happens to the waste?

Waste haul-away is included with recurring residential service.

Can my dog be outside?

Only when the service notes allow it and the technician can safely perform the work. Doody Scoop may require a dog to be secured when safety is uncertain.

What if the gate is locked?

Customers are responsible for providing safe, usable access on the scheduled service day. Access problems are handled under the current service agreement.

What if you miss something?

Contact us within 24 hours regarding visible dog waste missed in the serviced area and we will return to correct the service.

Do you service yards in bad weather?

Light weather may not stop service, but severe weather, unsafe conditions, lightning, flooding, ice or other hazards can require rescheduling.

Do you disinfect or sterilize my lawn?

No. Where offered, our outdoor treatment is positioned as odor management. We do not promise to sterilize soil or eliminate every pathogen or parasite.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Yes, when route capacity allows. One-time cleanup starts at $99 for properties up to one-half acre, and Clean Today same-day service starts at $129 when available.

Where do you provide residential service?

Our primary residential launch areas are Smyrna and Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with selected nearby Rutherford County neighborhoods added as route density and capacity support expansion.
