Terms of Service

These website terms apply to use of DoodyScoop.com and general requests for Doody Scoop LLC services. Recurring customers may also be required to accept a separate service agreement governing the specific service relationship. If a signed or electronically accepted service agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the service agreement controls for that service.

Service Availability

Submitting an inquiry or service request does not guarantee service. Residential addresses are accepted based on active route capacity, service area, property conditions and other operational considerations. Commercial service is quoted separately.

Pricing

Published recurring residential pricing assumes typical residential conditions. Initial accumulated waste, oversized properties, additional dogs, unusual access requirements or other conditions may require additional pricing. We will disclose additional charges before performing work outside the agreed scope.

Property Access & Safety

Customers are responsible for providing safe, usable access to the agreed service area and accurate information about gates, dogs, hazards and property conditions. Doody Scoop may postpone or decline service when conditions are unsafe, including aggressive or uncontrolled animals, severe weather, flooding, ice, dangerous debris, inaccessible gates or other hazards.

Dogs

Customers must disclose relevant dog-safety concerns. Doody Scoop may require dogs to be secured during service when safe work cannot otherwise be performed.

Scheduling & Weather

Recurring service is assigned by route. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, access problems, safety issues or operational conditions may require schedule changes.

24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee

If visible dog waste was missed in the agreed serviced area, contact Doody Scoop within 24 hours of the completed visit. We will evaluate the report and, when covered by the guarantee, return to correct the service. The guarantee does not cover waste deposited after the technician completed the visit or areas that were inaccessible or unsafe.

Payment

Recurring service is paid through secure Stripe checkout after the customer completes onboarding and accepts the service agreement. Doody Scoop does not store raw payment-card numbers on the WordPress website. Recurring plans are billed according to the selected plan, and applicable initial-cleanup charges, additional services, or approved surcharges may be billed separately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Tennessee.
